Property Manager

TBG Residential is seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead Farmington Hills Apartments in Winder, GA, a 144 unit multi-family tax credit community!

Responsibilities:

• Lead office and maintenance staff.
• Oversee leasing, occupancy, collections, and unit readiness.
• Manage vendors and maintain property standards.
• Communicate proactively and follow through consistently.

Qualifications:

• Must possess VERY strong organizational skills.
• Multifamily property management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
