We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and motivated Automotive Billing Clerk to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate understands dealership operations, takes pride in accuracy and organization, and can manage multiple priorities while consistently meeting deadlines.

What You’ll Do

• Bill all retail and lease deals accurately and efficiently

• Process and bill dealer trades

• Report dealer trade sales to the factory

• Stock in new vehicles and maintain accurate records

• Provide backup support for the Deal Breaker

• Complete deal scanning and document processing

• Conduct a weekly dealer plate audit

• Handle DMV-related filing and documentation

• Maintain accurate and organized records in accordance with dealership procedures

• Provide professional and courteous service to customers and internal departments

• Take initiative to identify and address issues before they become problems

• Complete assigned responsibilities accurately and within established deadlines

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in an automotive dealership environment preferred

• Knowledge of dealership procedures and billing processes

• CDK experience preferred — training available for the right candidate

• Highly organized, ambitious, and a motivated self-starter

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to prioritize tasks and consistently meet deadlines

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor

• Ability to take initiative and work independently

• Professional personal appearance

• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills

• Clean and valid driver’s license required
