Current Needs:
Per Diem- relief
Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls
Transfer phone calls to their appropriate destination
Screen employees as necessary or directed
Complete various audits and computer work
Qualifications Requirements:
1 year of experience handling administrative functions preferred
Excellent communication and phone skills
Customer relations experience with residents, co-workers and families
Ability to maintain professional demeanor and attitude at all times, including crisis situations
Handle confidential information
Dependable and flexible
