About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse Unit Manager (RN) at Carriage House Nursing and Rehab, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading a team of dedicated healthcare professionals. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Leading a team of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve excellent patient outcomes

• Coordinating patient care by developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team

• Mentoring and guiding new staff members and providing ongoing education and support to enhance clinical skills and knowledge

• Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records and contributing to quality improvement initiatives to optimize patient care and outcomes

• Participating in unit-based committees to promote collaboration and improve patient care and services

Requirements:

• Current RN licensure in the State of Michigan

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of healthcare professionals

• Excellent clinical skills, with the ability to assess and manage patient care needs

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
