You know how to build relationships, open doors, and turn conversations into referrals. Champion Care is looking for a healthcare sales professional to grow hospital and community partnerships for our skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in Southern Wisconsin.

Bring your healthcare sales experience to a role where you can develop your market, work directly with facility and regional leadership, and earn monthly bonuses based on performance.

What You’ll Do

• Build relationships with hospital case managers, discharge planners, social workers, physicians, and community referral partners.

• Generate skilled nursing and rehabilitation referrals throughout Madison, Beloit, Janesville, and surrounding communities.

• Visit hospitals and referral partners regularly to promote our services and identify placement opportunities.

• Develop and execute a market sales plan to increase referrals and admissions.

• Partner with facility admissions and clinical teams to address barriers and support timely patient transitions.

• Track referral activity, admission conversions, and opportunities for growth.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in healthcare sales, business development, hospital relations, or admissions.

• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to generate new business.

• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through.

• Comfort working independently in a field-based role with regular travel throughout the assigned market.

Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, home health, hospice, or senior care is strongly preferred. Existing healthcare relationships in Madison, Beloit, or Janesville are a plus.
