The OpportunityAs a Team Member, you are an important part of the guest experience and the restaurant team. You will help prepare quality food, serve guests with speed and accuracy, maintain a clean and safe restaurant, and support your teammates throughout each shift. This is an opportunity to build valuable skills while working in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do- Welcome guests and provide friendly, accurate, and efficient service.
- Take orders, process payments, and handle guest requests professionally.
- Prepare and package food according to Burger King standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
- Stock supplies and help keep the restaurant ready for business.
- Arrive on time, in uniform, and prepared to contribute to the shift.
- Support teammates and communicate clearly during busy periods.
- Learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as you grow.
- Guests receive fast, friendly, accurate service.
- Food is prepared correctly and consistently.
- The restaurant remains clean, stocked, and safe.
- You are dependable, positive, and a supportive teammate.
- You continue learning and demonstrate readiness for additional responsibility.
Required
- At least 16 years old.
- Positive, dependable, and willing to learn.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment.
- Strong commitment to guest service and restaurant standards.
Preferred
- Previous restaurant, retail, or customer-service experience.
- Interest in developing toward a leadership role.
- Weekly pay available.
