Senior Caregiver

I need a home senior care provider for my elderly grandmother with dementia. She cannot bear weight & can only be moved by hoyer lift or in a wheelchair, so she needs help dressing & to have diapers changed periodically. I prepare her meals & she is able to feed herself with supervision, but needs help with her medication (pills only). She does have a cat for company, but gets anxious when no one is in the room with her, and I am disabled, so most of the time you'll just be sitting with her & redirecting her questions as much as possible. She does speak with a thick Japanese accent & due to prior bad experience I should also note she is Buddhist (so no religious proselytizing please).
