Staffing Branch Manager

The Staffing Branch Manager will lead branch operations delivering temporary staffing, temp-to-hire staffing, and managed staffing services to administrative and office, industrial, and warehouse clients. This role will oversee a full-service staffing team—including recruiters, account managers, and staffing coordinators—while driving client development, talent placement, workforce planning, compliance, and branch performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily branch operations and staffing strategy.
• Develop client relationships and expand business opportunities.
• Oversee candidate recruitment, pipeline development, and talent placement.
• Manage recruiters, account managers, staffing coordinators, and multi-branch support resources.
• Direct account management and workforce planning for administrative, office, industrial, and warehouse clients.
• Ensure compliance oversight across staffing activities and client accounts.
• Manage team performance and support branch objectives.
• Prepare and review financial reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of staffing management experience.
• Experience with staffing software and client relationship management.
• Business development and recruitment strategy experience.
• Expertise in workforce planning, leadership, and negotiation.
• Financial analysis experience.
