Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable Excavator Operator & Laborer to support excavation, grading, trenching, and general construction activities. This role combines equipment operation with hands-on labor to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate excavators and other construction equipment safely and effectively.
• Perform trenching, grading, digging, backfilling, and site preparation work.
• Assist with general labor tasks, including material handling, site cleanup, and equipment maintenance.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and job site requirements.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors, crew members, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Experience operating excavators and construction equipment.
• Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
• Knowledge of excavation, utility, and site development practices preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and commitment to safety.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work outdoors for extended periods.

Schedule: Full-Time
Location: Varies by project site
Compensation: Based on experience and qualifications.
