Project Coordinator

Arrow Glass Industries, a residential, multi-family, and commercial glass company, is in search of a Multi-Family Project Coordinator. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

·         Review contracts for revisions and addendums

·         Familiar with trapping notices and mechanical liens

·         Able to submit draws on timely manner

·         Customer service, billing, invoicing, and posting

·         Order entry, review purchase orders, ensure shipment and delivery of materials

·         Work with project managers to identify scope of work and objectives

·         Coordinate project schedules, material and equipment information

·         Act as the point of contact for projects to internal and external clients

·         Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

·         Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management with attention to detail in an environment of changing deadlines and priorities
