Food/Entertainment Associate

Round One Entertainment is hiring for our new location at North County Mall in Escondido, CA (opening late November)!

We are hiring for ALL POSITIONS:

• Amusement (Arcade): Game card sales, prize redemption, crane and arcade floor support.
• Bowling & Events: Lane check-in and POS, resetting lanes, karaoke, billiards, and hosting parties and events.
• Spo-Cha (Sporting Complex): Guest check-in, monitoring the activity floor, snack bar service, and hosting events.
• Mechanics: Maintain and repair pinsetters, lanes, arcade games, and facility equipment. Mechanical or technical experience a plus; training provided.
• Cleaning: Keep restrooms, floors, furniture, and games clean and guest-ready.
• Food & Beverage (Yuu): Authentic Japanese Food Hall with over 14 restaurants!!! Prepare and serve Japanese cuisine (ramen, curry, yakitori, udon and more), POS, prep, and dishwashing.

Position Details:

• Wage: $19-20/hr (all positions)
• Part time: [20-25] hours a week
• Shifts: Hours of operation are [10am-2am]. This is a high-paced work environment with peak hours from [5pm-2am] and weekends. The majority of scheduled hours will be nights or weekends.

Education/Experience:

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in hospitality, food service, retail, entertainment, or a technical field is a plus, but not required for most positions.
• Food & Beverage: Food Handler or other state-approved food and alcohol certification preferred.

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

• Our store is fast-paced and loud, with high levels of noise, dust, and activity.
• All positions require standing and walking for extended periods, bending, stretching, and working in tight spaces.
• Lifting and/or moving up to 100 lbs. with assistance may be required (Food & Beverage: approximately 50 lbs.).
• Food & Beverage employees must provide their own slip-resistant shoes.
