Schedule: Tuesday & Thursday (10 AM - 5 PM) | Every Other Saturday (12 PM - 5 PM)

Avail Health & Behavioral Solutions, LLC is seeking a Direct Care Provider to join our registry network as an independent contractor. In this role, you will provide one-on-one home and community support for a young adult female in her 20s living with disabilities. Routine care includes assistance with bathing, toileting, light meal prep, and behavioral support. This is a great opportunity for experienced caregivers looking to expand their current case load or pick up extra hours.

Avail Health & Behavioral Solutions, LLC is a nurse registry agency that connects homecare clients with experienced caregivers. Services are typically funded by Medicaid, private insurance, or the Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD). We do not operate out of a facility, and all caregivers operate as 1099 independent contractors providing 1-on-1 care in the client's home and/or community. This is an Independent Contractor (1099) position, not a W-2 employment role. Contractors are strictly responsible for their own tax obligations (including self-employment taxes) and are not eligible for company-sponsored benefits, health insurance, or paid time off.
