We are currently recruiting for a Full-Time Night Shift Pharmacist to join a well-established, 120-bed community hospital in Central Missouri.

Position Highlights

• Compensation: $63–$75/hour, based on experience
• Additional Pay: Night shift differentials
• Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 with commitment
• Schedule: 7 nights on / 7 nights off
• Shift Rotation: Thursday–Wednesday, primarily 12-hour shifts
• Employment: Permanent, full-time position
• Facility: 120-bed community hospital
• Location: Central Missouri / Columbia, MO area

Qualifications

• Missouri Pharmacist license or eligibility for licensure
• 2–5 years of pharmacy experience preferred
• PharmD preferred
• Strong clinical knowledge and sound decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Team-oriented professional who enjoys working in a collaborative hospital environment
