Accountant II

Maintains general ledger accounts and prepares financial statements and reports depicting financial condition of departments. Daily workload tasks include reconcile accounts, preparing journal entries, detailed reports, statements, etc. Gather and enter data to update revenue and expenses and other various reports as requested.

• Qualifications & Requirements
• Education: Requires knowledge of accounting principles and systems at a level normally acquired through completion of a bachelor's degree in accounting or other closely related field.
• Experience: Generally, 1 to 3 years of progressive professional accounting experience or 1–2 years at the Accountant I or equivalent level.
• Skills: Proficiency in spreadsheet applications, and principles of cost accounting.
