PCA Caregiver

Constant Homemakers and Companions Inc. is seeking a compassionate, dependable caregiver to join our team and provide quality in-home care to a clients in the Middletown Area

Chester CT****

Schedule

• Monday - Friday 10:00 am to 4:00pm
• Consistent weekly hours

Middlefield*****

• Monday - Thursday 09:00 am to 2:00pm
• Friday Saturday and Sunday 9am to 1pm

Responsibilities

• Assist Client with showers
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Medication reminders
• Observe and report changes in the client's condition
• Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience preferred (PCA equivalent)
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional
• Ability to pass a background check
