Shipping Receiving Manager

Concrete Pump Supply is seeking a Shipping Receiving Manager for its Grapevine, Texas location. This position oversees day-to-day warehouse operations for a small, cross-functional team, with responsibility for shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, warehouse organization, safety, and customer communication. This is a full-time position with benefits, and overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage shipping and receiving operations.
• Coordinate order fulfillment, including accurately picking, packing, and shipping orders.
• Process shipments using carrier systems and coordinate with carriers.
• Unload and unpack incoming product shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and stock products in designated warehouse locations.
• Organize and maintain a clean, efficient warehouse.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety practices.
• Communicate effectively with customers and support other warehouse needs as necessary.
• Oversee a small warehouse team and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Manage counter and will/call sales

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• At least one year of warehouse experience.
• Forklift certification.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, punctuality, dependability, and ability to work efficiently on repetitive tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Two or more years of warehouse operations experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of FedEx Ship Manager and UPS WorldShip.
• Desire to learn product parts and functions.
