Duties

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support to promote independence and dignity.
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness and enhance overall well-being.
• Monitor clients’ health status, observe changes, and communicate updates to family members or healthcare professionals as needed.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks including laundry, cleaning, and organizing to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
• Support medication management by reminding clients of medication schedules or assisting with proper administration under supervision.
• Follow care plans meticulously, adhering to safety protocols and documentation requirements to ensure quality care delivery.

Qualifications

• Family-Owned Company
• Prior experience in home health care or personal caregiving is desirable; but we will train the right individuals
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with families and healthcare teams.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid is required. We will assist with getting your certificate
• Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting or assisting clients with mobility safely and confidently.
