• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (lunch required)
• Patient Volume: Average 16-20 patients per day
• Appointment Template: 20-minute appointment slots
• Assignment Length: 90 days
• Start Date: Coverage approved for 90 days beginning upon provider credentialing completion
• EMR: Epic
• Practice Setting: Outpatient
• Board Status: BE/BC accepted
• License Requirement: No license required for presentation
• Certifications Required: BLS required
