What You'll Do

As an Order Picker, you'll help ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.

Daily Responsibilities:

📦 Pick customer orders using RF scanners

📦 Pack, wrap, label, and prepare products for shipment

📦 Receive incoming inventory and stock warehouse locations

📦 Load and unload products as needed

📦 Track inventory using handheld scanners and warehouse systems

📦 Safely operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment

📦 Maintain accurate inventory and organized stock locations

📦 Support other warehouse functions through cross-training opportunities

💪 What We're Looking For

Reliable transportation and strong attendance

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed

Warehouse, distribution, or material handling experience preferred

Comfortable using computers and handheld scanning devices

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Positive attitude and willingness to work in a repetitive, fast-paced environment

You'll work in a large, organized distribution center equipped with modern warehouse technology and equipment. This is an active position that involves standing, walking, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the day while helping keep products flowing to customers.

Schedule

🕖 1st Shift

Flexible Start Time: 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM

End Time: Approximately 3:30 PM - 5:30 PM

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of East Syracuse, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
