Pay: $58,000 per year

About the Role

Are you an experienced restaurant leader ready to run your own location? We are hiring a Restaurant General Manager in South Hill, VA to lead daily operations, build a strong team, and deliver a great guest experience every shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing
• Hire, train, schedule, and coach team members and shift leaders
• Manage food cost, labor, inventory, and ordering to hit budget goals
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards
• Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
• Track sales and P&L results and take action to improve them

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience (General Manager or Assistant Manager)
• Strong leadership and people skills
• Experience with labor scheduling, inventory, and cost control
• ServSafe certification preferred (or willing to obtain)
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
