As an RN or LPN with Sharon Healthcare, you will provide nursing care in accordance with authorized orders, accepted clinical practice, regulatory requirements, facility policies, and each resident's individual needs and goals.

Key Responsibilities

•      Provide and document safe, timely nursing care, medications, treatments, assessments, and follow-up.

•      Recognize and report changes in condition and respond appropriately to resident needs and emergencies.

•      Participate in person-centered care planning and interdisciplinary communication.

•      Direct and supervise CNAs, RSAs, and other assigned support personnel; RNs also provide clinical direction to LPNs as assigned.

•      Protect resident rights, dignity, privacy, safety, and confidentiality.

Qualifications

•      Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

•      Current, active, and unrestricted Illinois RN or LPN license.

•      Working knowledge of nursing theory, clinical practice, documentation, infection prevention, medication administration, and emergency response.

•      Strong communication, teamwork, organization, and leadership skills.
