- Full administrative support: Our team handles scheduling, authorizations, and billing so you can focus on patient care.
- Connection to orthopedic care: Work within an organization that brings orthopedic medicine and rehabilitation together, supporting communication around patients’ treatment and recovery.
- A varied outpatient caseload: Treat orthopedic injuries, post-operative conditions, and chronic musculoskeletal concerns across a range of ages and activity levels.
- Pay based on your experience: Earn $41–$60 per hour.
- Benefits and professional development: Insurance benefits, PTO, holidays, retirement contributions, continuing education support, and license reimbursement
Your Location
This position is based at our Tualatin clinic. Travel between ROC Active clinics may occasionally be needed, but it would be rare.
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized, goal-oriented plans of care.
- Provide manual therapy, progressive therapeutic exercise, and other appropriate interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function.
- Help patients return to work, sport, fitness, and daily activities.
- Educate patients about their conditions, home exercise programs, and strategies for lasting progress.
- Coordinate with surgeons and referring providers and maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
What You’ll Bring
- Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program; a Master’s or Doctor of Physical Therapy degree is preferred.
- An active Oregon Physical Therapist license, or eligibility to obtain licensure before starting.
- Experience in outpatient orthopedics, including manual therapy and therapeutic exercise.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- A collaborative, patient-focused approach and commitment to continued professional development.
Advanced training or certifications in orthopedics, sports rehabilitation, or manual therapy are welcome but not required.
