HHA/PCA/CNA

Key Responsibilities

·        Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.

·        Provide companionship and emotional support.

·        Prepare light meals and assist with feeding as needed.

·        Perform light housekeeping and laundry related to client care.

·        Provide medication reminders and accompany clients to appointments or errands, when assigned.

·        Observe and promptly report changes in a client’s condition.

·        Follow each care plan and maintain accurate service documentation.

Qualifications

·        Compassionate, patient, trustworthy, and dependable.

·        Prior caregiving or home care experience preferred.

·        Ability to follow care instructions and communicate professionally.

·        Must meet all agency and state employment requirements, including applicable background checks, training, certifications, and health screening.

·        Reliable transportation may be required for certain assignments.
