Electronic Assembler - 1st Shift

On-Site Staffing Services is currently seeking 5 Electronic Assemblers for a client located in New Berlin, WI.

Schedule

Monday - Friday (1st Shift)

Choose from one of the following start times:

(Keep in mind that you CANNOT change your shift)

• 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
• 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Pay:

·         Starting at $16.00/hr (higher pay based on experience)

Job Duties

• Assemble wire harnesses, cable assemblies, terminal blocks, and electrical components
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
• Perform soldering, labeling, stripping, splicing, pinning, terminating, and related assembly tasks
• Verify parts and quantities against bills of materials
• Operate wire stripping and pinning equipment
• Complete production paperwork and maintain a clean work area
• Follow all safety procedures and quality standards

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of electrical assembly experience preferred
• Experience with wire harnesses, panel assemblies, or similar products
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Proficient in micro and standard soldering
• Basic math skills and ability to convert inches to millimeters
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify colors
• Machine operation experience preferred
• Knowledge of electronic components and electrical concepts

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, bending, and lifting
• Regular lifting up to 20 lbs.
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
