Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily restaurant operations and shift management
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team
• Control food cost, labor, and inventory to meet financial targets
• Uphold food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards
• Create a positive guest experience and handle guest concerns
• Review sales and P&L reports and build plans to grow the business

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
• Knowledge of scheduling, ordering, and cost control
• ServSafe certification preferred (or willing to obtain)
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
