Care Giver/CNA

Make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors! We are seeking a compassionate, dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide personal care and daily living support in home and center-based settings.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Help with meal preparation, feeding, light housekeeping, and laundry.
• Provide escort assistance and encourage participation in conversations and activities.
• Observe and promptly report changes in patient condition.
• Follow individualized care plans, infection-control procedures, and safe patient-handling practices.
• Document care accurately and collaborate with patients, families, and the care team.

What You Must Have

• Active CNA certification required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• At least one year of experience caring for elderly or frail individuals.
• Basic conversational English and the ability to complete written care documentation.
• Strong communication skills and a patient-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Flexibility to work in home and center-based settings.
• Ability to perform physical care duties, including occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds with appropriate equipment or assistance.
• Must be at least 18 years old when working in a licensed adult day program.

Bilingual skills, experience training peers, and experience in both home and center-based care are a plus.
