Production & Packaging Associate - Now Hiring

We're a small, growing manufacturer making prefilled communion cups, sold nationwide to churches and on Amazon. We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented person to help run our production line and get product packed and out the door. What you'll do: - Help operate our automated cup filling and sealing machine (we'll train you) - Load materials, monitor the line, and pull any cups that don't meet quality standards - Count, pack, and label boxes for shipment - Build and create outbound shipments - Keep the work area clean and organized to food-safety standards - Track daily production counts What we're looking for: - Reliable and on time: the line depends on everyone showing up - Detail-oriented, with care for quality and cleanliness - Able to stand for a full shift and lift up to 40 lbs - Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
