Medical Receptionist
Location: 1120 W Washington Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90015 (onsite)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM PST
Pay: $19/hr

Role Summary:
Greets patients and checks them in for visits, enters registration data, and handles clerical duties that keep the clinic running smoothly.

Team: Works alongside Medical Assistants, Clinicians, and Nurses.

Day to day responsibilities:

• Greets patients in a friendly, welcoming manner and arrives them for visits
• Enters registration data, including demographics and insurance information
• Makes patient reminder calls
• Scans documents
• Performs various clerical duties as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Computer literacy
• Ability to learn quickly
• Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM PST

Preferred:

• Medical receptionist or medical records experience
• Healthcare background
• Bilingual in Spanish
• EPIC EMR experience

License/Certification: None required

Dress Code: Scrubs (navy blue preferred)

Interview Process: In person, 1-2 rounds maximum
