Recruiter/Staffing Office

• Conduct intake meetings with clients to understand staffing needs and job requirements. 
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies (job boards, social media, referrals). 
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates. 
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients and manage communication. 
• Prepare candidates for client interviews with role and company insights. 
• Maintain strong client relationships and manage a portfolio of client accounts. 
• Keep detailed applicant records in an ATS and handle administrative hiring tasks (e.g., documentation, timesheet approvals). 

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to assess candidate qualifications and client needs accurately.
• Experience with sourcing tools, job boards, and ATS platforms.
• Organizational skills for managing multiple roles and clients simultaneously.
• Sales or client management experience is often beneficial in agency settings.
