The facility operates as a government Indian Health Service (IHS) clinic delivering outpatient primary care services to a general patient population spanning all ages. The facility maintains established clinical protocols and structured workflows to support consistent and coordinated care delivery throughout the assignment period. Full support staff is available on-site to facilitate daily clinical operations.

Arizona offers clinicians on assignment access to a range of outdoor and recreational activities suited to varied interests. The state features opportunities for kayaking through canyons, rafting, hiking, rock climbing, and biking across varied terrain. Visitors may also explore attractions such as Bearizona wildlife park, Meteor Crater, lavender farms, and the Verde Canyon Railroad, as well as cultural and historical sites throughout the region. Additional dining, arts, and entertainment options are accessible across the state's cities, providing a broad range of choices during time away from the assignment.

Clinicians will provide outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages at a government Indian Health Service (IHS) clinic, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on a day shift schedule. Clinical responsibilities encompass the evaluation and management of primary care conditions across the patient population served. Call coverage is negotiable for this assignment. Full support staff is available on-site to facilitate daily clinical operations.
