Immediately hiring Assemblers for a large manufacturing company in San Antonio. Seeking all levels of experience. Please call/text 210-664-2680

Pay is $16-$20/hr. based on experience

Multiple shifts/departments:

6:30am-7pm (Sun, Mon, Tues, Wed/Sun, Mon, Tues)

6:30am-5pm (Mon-Thurs)

6:30am-5pm (Tues-Fri)

5:30am-6pm (Sun-Wed)

5:30am-6pm (Thurs-Sat)

Assembler 1 Duties:

Operate required machinery and tools (electric/manual hand tools, cranes, pallet jacks, etc.).
Assemble mechanical and electronic assemblies and kits.
Follow protocols when in designated zones.
Utilize process, red-tag material, and place in proper location.
Work toward certifications in multiple level 1 & 2 workstations.
Report issues impacting safety, quality, or delivery.
Meet daily production goals while following the manufacturing schedule.

Assembler 2 Duties:

Perform all Assembler I duties.
Submit PATH cards for safety improvements.
Submit RIE suggestion cards for Lean improvements.
Generate NCM tags, move materials to NCM area, and participate in root cause analysis.
Promote 6S program and participate in quarterly audits.
Train others in certified workstations.
Test and calibrate mechanical and electronic assemblies.
Utilize basic Windows applications (Excel, Word).
Achieve certification in all stations of at least 2 work-cells.

Assembler 3 Duties:

Perform Assembler 1 and 2 duties
Achieve 4 step certification in all positions in ≥ 4 work-cells (member of Tiger Team).
Achieve 4 step certification in at least 8 (3 or 4) level stations.
Stand in for Cell Lead when unavailable.
Conduct End-of-Line process Quality inspections.
Work in high complexity cells; may require brazer and solderer certification
