Occupational Therapist (OT) / Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - Gold Hill, OR

Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site
Schedule: Flexible Monday-Friday | 4×10-hour or 5×8-hour shifts

We are seeking a compassionate Pediatric OT/COTA to help build and grow a pediatric therapy program. The ideal candidate has pediatric experience and is passionate about supporting children's development through family-centered care.

• Evaluate and treat pediatric patients from birth through young adulthood.

• Provide therapy for developmental delays, sensory processing challenges, ASD, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, and fine/gross motor impairments.

• Support sensory-related feeding difficulties, as appropriately trained.

• Develop individualized treatment plans and educate families on home-based therapeutic activities.

• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support children's progress.

• Active Oregon OT/COTA license or eligibility to obtain licensure before starting.

• Minimum 2 years of pediatric therapy experience required.

• Infant therapy and pediatric feeding experience preferred.

• Experience with torticollis, plagiocephaly, tummy-time interventions, and early development is a plus.

• SOS feeding therapy training is a bonus.

• Competitive pay based on experience.
