A boutique law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with any level of litigation experience. The firm offers a teaching-oriented environment where associates receive training in state and federal matters, develop their legal skills, and build their own clientele while handling cases on behalf of the firm.

• Handle matters involving workers' compensation, personal injury, employment law, complex civil litigation, immigration, and business litigation.

• Work on state and federal legal matters across various practice areas.

• Handle cases on behalf of the firm while developing and growing an individual client base.

• Learn and develop litigation skills with guidance and training from experienced attorneys.

• Maryland Bar admission is required.

• District of Columbia Bar admission is preferred but not required.

• Litigation experience at any level is welcome.

• Willingness to learn, grow, and develop within a supportive law firm environment.
