Job Description
PERM Staff Pharmacist
- will work 13hr shifts either 7A-8P or 7P-8A.
- Weekend Rotation: every 4th weekend
- Holiday Rotation: Rotating between the pharmacists
- Education: Doctorate of Pharmacology - Min experience: 1 year
- EMR - Meditech Expanse
- Vaccination Requirements: Flu, MMR
- Salary Range: $130,000 - $141,000 (depending on experience)
- Relocation Allowance: up to 10K based upon how many miles they have to move
- Sign on bonus: up to 25K grossed up to cover taxes
