Project Assistant

Insight Global is seeking a motivated Project Assistant to join a growing commercial construction team in the Richmond market. Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination and administrative activities
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation
• Track and maintain RFIs, submittals, change documentation, and project records
• Coordinate communication between field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and office teams
• Assist with document control and ensure project information remains organized and up to date
• Support project scheduling, procurement activities, and material tracking
• Help monitor project milestones, deadlines, and action items
• Participate in project meetings and assist with follow-up items as needed
• Gain exposure to estimating, takeoffs, budgeting, and project management processes
