This clinic-based facility provides otolaryngology services through an established ENT group practice, with dedicated support for audiology services including audiometry and tympanometry. The facility maintains structured clinical workflows and the infrastructure necessary to support coordinated ENT and audiology care delivery. On-site resources are in place to facilitate locum tenens coverage throughout the assignment period.

Madison offers clinicians on assignment a range of family-friendly and outdoor attractions suited to varied interests. The area is home to the Henry Vilas Zoo, which provides free admission year-round, and the Dane County Farmers' Market, held every Saturday on Capitol Square and recognized as the nation's largest producer-only farmers' market. Outdoor destinations such as Olbrich Botanical Gardens, the University of Wisconsin Arboretum, and the Capital City State Trail are accessible during time away from clinical duties. Cultural institutions such as the Wisconsin Historical Society, scheduled to reopen following renovations in 2027, add to the range of available experiences. The clinician will provide clinic-based support services Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with no call requirements. Primary clinical duties include performing audiometry and tympanometry in collaboration with the ENT team.
