Commercial Garage Liability Claims Adjuster

JCW is recruiting on behalf of a leading specialty property and casualty insurance organization seeking an experienced Commercial Garage Liability Claims Adjuster to join their team on a temporary contract assignment.

This role provides the opportunity to manage complex commercial casualty bodily injury claims, including Garage Liability exposures, with responsibility for independently handling claims from initial investigation through litigation, negotiation, and resolution. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical claims background, excellent negotiation skills, and experience managing complex casualty or General Liability bodily injury claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage complex Garage Liability bodily injury claims from investigation through resolution.
\n
• Investigate claims and evaluate liability, damages, coverage, and supporting documentation.
\n
• Set reserves, coordinate with counsel and experts, and develop strategies for claim resolution.
\n

Qualifications

\n

\n
• Minimum of 2 years of experience handling Garage Liability bodily injury claims or Auto Liability bodily injury claims
\n
• Active claims adjuster license(s) as required.
\n
