A leading architectural metal and glass contractor in the NYC metro area is looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of high-value commercial and residential façade projects.

\n

\n

The company specialises in curtain wall, window wall, storefront and bespoke architectural glazing systems, with a strong reputation for quality, technical expertise and client relationships.

\n

This is an opportunity for an experienced façade professional to take ownership of complex projects from pre-construction through to completion, while leading project teams and maintaining strong relationships with clients, general contractors and developers.

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n

\n
• Manage multiple glazing and façade projects valued at $2M–$15M+.
\n
• Oversee the full project lifecycle, including pre-construction, procurement, scheduling, installation and closeout.
\n
• Lead and mentor Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers and project support teams.
\n
• Manage client relationships across general contractors, developers and architects.
\n
• Review drawings, specifications, contracts and project requirements.
\n
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, cost control and change orders.
\n
• Coordinate with estimating, engineering, fabrication and field teams.
\n
• Monitor project progress to ensure deadlines, budgets and quality standards are met.

Requirements

\n

\n

\n
• 8–12+ years of experience within architectural glass, metal or façade contracting.
\n
• Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar projects across NYC and Northern New Jersey.
\n
• Strong technical knowledge of curtain wall, storefront and window wall systems.
\n
• Experience delivering structural glass and high-end custom façade packages.
\n
• Previous experience leading project teams and developing junior staff.
\n
• Strong commercial, contractual and financial management skills.
\n
• Proficiency with construction project management software and related tools.
