Job Description
Roebuck Staffing is seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers for various assignments in the Greenville, NC area. In this role, you may assist with hands-on tasks, support production and construction teams, maintain clean and organized work areas, and help keep daily operations running smoothly.
We are looking for individuals who are willing to learn, follow instructions, work safely, and contribute to a productive team environment.

Requirements Requirements & QualificationsPrevious experience using handheld power tools is required
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new tasks
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance are essential
Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more and work in various weather conditions, depending on the assignment
Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions
Must be punctual, dependable, and committed to showing up for scheduled shifts
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to follow all workplace safety guidelines and procedures
Perform general labor tasks, including lifting, loading and unloading materials, and cleaning work areas
Safely use handheld power tools and basic equipment as required for the assignment
Assist with construction, manufacturing, warehouse, and other operational tasks based on job site needs
Follow instructions from supervisors and complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately
Work cooperatively with team members to support daily operations and meet project goals
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all workplace safety guidelines, company policies, and job site procedures
Complete additional duties as assigned to support the needs of the team
