West Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care, assisting residents with activities of daily living, and supporting the healthcare team to enhance the quality of life for our residents.

About the Role:

We are seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to work alongside our experienced healthcare team to provide exceptional care to our residents. As a CNA at West Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, you will:

• Monitor and document residents' vital signs, physical conditions, and emotional well-being

• Provide support with mobility, transfers, and positioning of residents

• Assist with meal service, ensuring residents' nutritional needs are met

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents

• Communicate with nursing staff about any changes in residents' conditions

• Assist with medication reminders as directed by healthcare providers

• Promote a positive and supportive atmosphere for residents, their families, and the team

Requirements:

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate or in the process of scheduling/taking the state CNA exam

• Graduated from a CNA training program

• A passion for providing high-quality, person-centered care

• Strong teamwork and communication skills
