Shift: Days, 8- or 12-hour shifts
Guaranteed hours: 36 per week
Charting: PointClickCare (PCC/POC)
Start: ASAP, subject to confirmation
Responsibilities
Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice.
Monitor residents and report changes in condition.
Document care accurately.
Coordinate with nursing staff and caregivers.
Follow facility safety and clinical procedures.
Requirements
Active Arizona LPN license or accepted compact privilege.
Required Level One clearance card must be obtained before starting; proof is required with the profile.
PointClickCare experience.
Availability for day shifts and the agreed weekly schedule.
Overtime is not available unless authorized.
