Join a long-term care team in Shawano, Wisconsin, for an eight-week overnight nursing assignment. This role is suited to an LPN who can support resident care and work a flexible schedule.
Assignment Details
Location: Shawano, Wisconsin
Specialty: LPN – Long-Term Care
Contract: 8 weeks
Shift: Nights
Shift length: 8 hours
Guaranteed hours: 40 per week
Weekends: Every other weekend
Schedule: Approximately 4–5 shifts per week, based on scheduling needs
Responsibilities
Administer medications and treatments within the LPN scope of practice.
Monitor residents and report changes in condition.
Document care accurately.
Coordinate with CNAs and other nursing staff.
Follow infection-control and resident safety protocols.
Requirements
Active LPN license.
Long-term care experience.
Current CPR certification.
Availability for overnight shifts and every-other-weekend scheduling.
