Bring metal to life. Using your welding expertise and a sharp eye for detail, you’ll convert blueprints into precise components and assemblies, ensuring every cut, weld, and fit meets spec and stands up to rigorous quality checks.

How you’ll make an impact

You’ll review prints, plan your setup, and select the right process — MIG, TIG, or stick — to fabricate parts. You’ll cut, form, tack, and weld with care, then verify dimensions and finish quality. Along the way, you’ll keep equipment in peak condition and coordinate with teammates to maintain momentum and meet deadlines safely.

Skills that set you up for success

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical/vocational training preferred)
• Demonstrated metal fabrication and welding experience
• Proficiency across MIG, TIG, and stick welding
• Ability to read blueprints and operate fabrication machinery
• Welding certification (AWS/ASME) preferred

Physical environment

• Lift up to 40 lbs; extended periods of standing
• Comfort in an active, industrial shop setting

Compensation and schedule

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour

This is a 1st shift, Monday–Friday role starting at $22-25/hr.
