Assignment Details
Location: Eureka, Kansas
Specialty: LPN – Long-Term Care
Contract: 8 weeks
Shift: Days, approximately 6:00 AM–6:00 PM
Shift length: 12 hours
Guaranteed hours: 36 or 48 per week, depending on the agreed schedule
Responsibilities
Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice.
Monitor residents and report clinical changes.
Document care accurately.
Coordinate with nursing assistants and other team members.
Follow facility protocols and resident safety procedures.
Requirements
Active LPN license.
Long-term care experience preferred.
Availability for 12-hour day shifts.
Ability to meet the agreed weekly schedule.
