Assignment Details
Location: Sioux Falls, South Dakota
Specialty: LPN – Long-Term Care
Contract: 13 weeks
Shift: Evening/night coverage; overnight shift approximately 6:00 PM–6:30 AM
Schedule: 12-hour shifts
Guaranteed hours: 36 or 48 per week, subject to agreement
Weekends: Every third weekend
Holidays: Every third holiday
Charting: PointClickCare (PCC)
Responsibilities
Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice.
Monitor residents and report changes in condition.
Document care accurately.
Coordinate with CNAs and other nursing staff.
Follow long-term care safety and infection-control procedures.
Requirements
Active LPN license.
Several years of travel nursing experience preferred and requested.
Long-term care experience.
Ability to work nights, weekends and scheduled holidays.
Compliance with facility policies.
