You review specs, gather components, and begin building. You verify fit, function, and finish, keep your area tidy, and sync with teammates to hit production goals. When something looks off, you flag it fast—quality and safety come first here.

What You’ll Do

• Build components and finished products precisely to specifications and established quality standards.
• Run quality checks throughout the process to ensure every unit meets company requirements.
• Keep your workspace orderly to support safety, speed, and consistent output.
• Coordinate with your team so production targets and deadlines are achieved together.
• Escalate equipment issues or any safety concerns to your supervisor immediately.
• Follow all safety procedures and policies to maintain a safe workplace.

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Assembly or manufacturing background is helpful, but we’ll train the right candidate.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and work instructions.
• Sharp attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work.
• Team-first attitude and strong collaboration skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

• Shifts: 2nd and 3rd shifts
• Compensation: $18.40 per hour
• Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm opportunity
