Here’s What You’ll Do for Our Residents:

Clinical Leadership: Supervise and guide CNAs and nursing staff on duty to ensure compassionate, regulatory-compliant resident care.
Medication & Treatment Administration: Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and physician orders accurately and timely.
Resident Assessment & Care Planning: Assess resident conditions, record vitals, document progress notes, and update care plans as needed.
Physician & Family Communication: Serve as the primary contact for attending physicians, families, and emergency services during weekend shifts.
Emergency Response: Address change-of-condition events promptly and ensure proper documentation and protocols are followed.

Does This Sound Like You?

Active, unencumbered LPN Licensed Practical Nurse
Charge nurse/Supervisory experience Required
Prior nursing experience in long-Term Care (LTC) setting preferred; leadership experience preferred
Current CPR/BLS Certification
Strong clinical judgment, communication, time management, and team leadership abilities.
