Bring your long-term care experience to a nursing and rehabilitation setting in Barre, Vermont. This assignment offers a daytime schedule, with the possibility of picking up longer shifts depending on staffing needs.
Assignment Details
Location: Barre, Vermont
Specialty: LPN – Long-Term Care/Rehabilitation
Contract: 13 weeks
Shift: Days
Shift options: 8-, 12- or 16-hour shifts, subject to scheduling
Guaranteed hours: 40 per week
Charting: PointClickCare
Staffing: Approximately 80 residents across two wings
Responsibilities
Provide nursing care and medication administration.
Monitor residents and report changes in condition.
Document care and treatments.
Coordinate with CNAs and other nursing staff.
Support resident safety and continuity of care.
Requirements
Active Vermont LPN license or eligible provisional license.
Fingerprinting and required background-check steps must be completed according to Vermont requirements.
Long-term care experience preferred.
Ability to work day shifts and adapt to available shift lengths.
