My 2-year-old is non-verbal and on the spectrum. Her ideal day starts with her waking up and wanting a cup of milk or apple juice and then breakfast. After breakfast we usually sit and play or read a book. Once finished with that I put a show for her to relax and get ready for her first nap. Once she has her nap its time for lunch and play time again. Some of her hobbies include playing simple games like peek a boo and patty cake. She enjoys watching Ms. Rachel and humming along. Shes also interested in anything long and stretchy right now to play with.
