We're building a dedicated late-night team—and we're looking for a dependable Shift Lead who can take ownership of the restaurant during this important new daypart.

As the Late-Night Shift Lead, you'll lead a small, cross-trained team serving our full menu through the drive-thru until 3:00 a.m. You'll be responsible for keeping the team organized, delivering excellent food and service, maintaining a safe operation, and leaving the restaurant ready for the next morning.

This is an opportunity for a strong restaurant operator who enjoys leading a team, solving problems, and working with limited supervision.

What You'll Do

• Lead and support the late-night team throughout the shift

• Assign positions and adjust the team as business levels change

• Oversee drive-thru service, order accuracy, food quality, and speed

• Assist with order taking, payments, expediting, food preparation, and assembly

• Maintain food-safety, sanitation, security, and cash-handling standards

• Respond professionally to customer concerns and unexpected situations

• Manage product levels, waste, stocking, and late-night production

• Complete closing responsibilities and provide a clean, organized handoff to the morning team

• Communicate staffing, maintenance, safety, and operational concerns to restaurant leadership

What We're Looking For

• Dependable and consistently available for late-night shifts

• Confident leading a small team without constant supervision

• Willing and able to work in every restaurant position

• Calm, professional, and decisive during busy or unexpected situations

• Strong communication and guest-service skills

• High standards for cleanliness, food quality, and team accountability

• Restaurant leadership experience preferred

• Must meet company requirements for age, food-safety certification, and handling restaurant funds

• Must have reliable transportation

Schedule Expectations

This position supports restaurant operations through our 3:00 a.m. closing time. Scheduled shifts may continue beyond 3:00 a.m. to complete cleaning, closing, and the morning handoff.

Candidates should have consistent late-night availability, including weekends and some holidays.
